Hot dip galvanized products are widely used in household appliances, transport, container manufacturing, roofing, base material for pre-painting, ducting and other construction related applications.Hot-dip galvanized steel sheets (GI) are produced by passing the full hard sheet which has undergone the acid washing process and rolling process through the zinc pot, thereby applying zinc film to the surface. GI has a thicker galvanized layer which has excellent anti-corrosion qualities, and is the type of steel sheet used most commonly.Hot-dip aluzinc steel sheet is substrated on cold rolled steel(CRC)in various strength and specification Coating composition is 55％aIuminum in weight ratio．43 4％zinc．and 1 5％silicon with excellent corrosion and heat resistance performance.
